guide to disclosing a disability to an employer and requesting workplace
accommodations. The guide, arranged in question and answer format,
provides information on what individuals' rights are under the Americans
with Disabilities Act, how to identify when to ask for a reasonable
accommodation, and recommendations about when to disclose a disability to
